WALKER & WHEEL-CHAIR ASSESSMENT
Our Therapist are registered with the Assistive Device Program (ADP) through Ministry Of Health. The Mobility devices are partially funded through this program.Eligibility includes any Ontario resident who has a valid Ontario Health card issued in their name and has a physical disability of six months or longer.
Seniors who have difficulty in walking and balance issues may also be eligible.

Do I need a prescription from my doctor?
You do not need a prescription from your doctor for physiotherapy.
Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals. However, some insurance companies require a doctor's prescription before covering.
